Keesha Sheffey is a dedicated Human Resources professional with over 13 years of experience in strategic HR management, employee relations, and organizational development. As a people-first leader, Keesha is known for leading high-performing teams, driving organizational growth, and implementing innovative HR strategies that enhance employee engagement in fast-paced environments.

In her current role as the Manager of Employee Relations Manager at Pittsburgh Mercy, Keesha leads the employee relations team, offering guidance on complex HR issues, overseeing compliance, and promoting a collaborative approach among management and staff. She handles key HR processes, including ADA accommodations, FMLA leaves, and workers' compensation, ensuring a smooth experience for employees and managers alike.

In previous roles, Keesha excelled in driving process improvements, leading cross-functional teams, and spearheading recruitment efforts at organizations like Allegheny Community Home Care and The Mentor Network. Her career has been marked by a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, focusing on creating a supportive and inclusive workplace culture.

Keesha holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Leadership from Geneva College, and is currently pursuing an MBA with an emphasis on Human Resources. Outside of work, she is actively involved in community initiatives, including volunteering with the United Way Literacy Campaign, where she helps kindergarten students discover the joy of reading. Additionally, she is engaged with the Pittsburgh Action Against Rape, undergoing training to become a counselor.

Keesha is passionate about leveraging her HR expertise to drive positive change, support employee development, and build a more diverse workplace.She believes in creating opportunities for growth, addressing systemic challenges, and promoting a culture where everyone feels valued and respected.

LeTese Lamb

Co-Founder

Letese Lamb is a performance-driven SPHR & SHRM SCP certified professional with a M.B.A and 20 years of combined expertise in Human Resources management, recruitment and employment relations. Letese is a creative thinker, problem solver and decision maker who effectively balances the needs of employees with the mission of the organization.  Letese is especially proud of her strong communication, interpersonal relations, mentoring and organizational skills.

 

Letese has been an HR professional in the retail, health care and consulting industries. In her most recent role as VP of HR & Talent Development at Elevate LLC, Letese is responsible for leading the HR & Talent Development Department and managing organizational development projects that enhance Elevate’s talent and culture management. 

 

Letese is a graduate of Tuskegee University where she received her BS in Business Administration. She also earned a Master of Business Administration from Trinity University. Letese has served as a board member of the NAAAHR (National Association of African Americans in HR) and NAHSE (National Association of Health Services Executives). Letese is an active member of the Southwestern PA United Way Women’s Leadership Council and  a Bridge’s Committee Member.  Letese is also a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated.


In her free time, Letese can be found watching movies, listening to audiobooks, taking a dance class, or being silly with her kids.
